Performance

 

Fiberglass Reinforced PP Board (FRPP Board): Ater 20% fiberglass reinforced, besides maintaining the original excellent perlormance, the strength and rigidity of FRPP board are doubled, and it has good heat resistance, low temperature impact resistance, corrosion resistance, arc resistance and low shrinkage. Copolymer PP materials have lower thermal distorption temperature (100 C), low transparency, low gloss and low nigidiy, but have stronger impact strength. The Vicat softening temperature of PP is 150 C. Due to its high crytallinit, the surface stifiness and scratch resistance of this malerial are very good. There is no environmental stress cracking in PP. Usually, PP is modified by adding glass fiber, metal additive or thermoplastic rubber. The MFR of PP ranges from I to 40. Due to crsalization, the shrinkage of PP is quite high, generally 1.8-2.5%. The drectional uniformity of shrinkage is much belter than that of HDPE and other materials. Homopolymer and copolymer PP materials have excellenl hyroscopicity, acid-basc corrosion resistance and solubility rsistance.

Mainly used in industrial construction, decoration, electroplating anti-corrosion industry, waste water treatment, machinery and equipment, clectronic industry, automobile manufacturing, paper industr, medical equipment, textile machinery, food machinery and so on. Especally suitable for chemical fbers, chlor-alkali, petroleum, dyes, pesticides, food, medicine, light industry, metallurgy, sewage treatment and other fields.
