Utra-high molecular weight polyethylene Marine Fender facing pad has exellent properties such as light weight, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, ultraviolet resistance, aging resistance, small friction cofficient, non-toxicity, no pollution, dffcult adhesion of forcign matters, shock absorption and noisc prevention, and is the best material to replace metal materials such as steel, copper and aluminum. It can flectively prevent the impact of ultraviolet radiation and hull impact on the hull, impact plate, rubber fender and wharf. Its impact strength is 20 times that of polyvinyl chloride, 10 times that of nylon 66 and 8 times that of polytetrafluoroethylenc. It has wide applicability and can also be used as a ship anti-collision device. Low reaction force, small surface pressure and reasonable energy absorption; Strong adaptability to constant roll and pitch when the ship berths; Easy installation and maintenance. The fender board is within a certain length range from stern to bow. The fender board within the vertical range of the freeboard deck is made of 20mm steel plate to prevent the hull fender board from cllision and damage during berthing or mooring.
